my main hoppy is playing games i love the sense of going into a world unlike my own and exploring. just feeling lost in games like morrowind and outcast. my second hobby more of an obsession really is space...anything to do with space i have to have my hands in it games, pictures, info. i want the ability to take a craft and just go out to the stars and explore :) but until then i brush up on all my knowledge and workings of everything lol

my last hobby is martial arts started with me watching power rangers at 5 and havent gone back sense. im a mixed fighter who uses alittle bit of everything but i specialize in tang soo do and replace some kicks i dont like with tai kwon do. im not a competition fighter because of my respect to the martial arts its ment for self defence and protection not trophys and points. and well thats pretty much my hobbies. ^.^ thank you for the giveaway :)
I suppose my main hobby other than gaming is ghost hunting. The most important thing is that most evidence isn't actually evidence if you look for ways to debunk it and think logically. Like if you take a photo in the rain of course you're going to catch orbs, it's not paranormal.
My second most favorite hobby after gaming is....collecting games. Because even though you don't have time to play games anymore, you have to make sure you have hundreds of unplayed ones when you (eventually) have the time!
NOT a contest entry.

Other than the obvious gaming as a hobby, I like reading, mostly fictions: some from Stephen King, Robert R. McCammon, Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child, Agatha Christie, a few Star Wars novels, etc. But my absolute favorite fictions are novels, those by [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jin_Yong]Jin Yong and Gu Long.

My other passive hobby is collecting name cards. I said passive because I do not actively seek out or ask people I meet for name cards. Rather, when I visit places I have never been before like restaurants or hotels, I often inquire for name cards.

My hobby is playing the trombone. What people don't seem to realize is that IT'S NOT A GOD DAMN TUBA.
On a more serious note, people don't realize that it's sort of different from most instruments in that there are no definite positions for notes because it's on a slide, so it's mostly positioning by ear. Even as you go higher, the relative positions for each pitch are different, if you understand that at all. :D

Agatha Christie is prob. my favorite author! Lincoln Douglas and Preston Child are great as well, I discovered them accidentally last summer by picking up "Riptide" in an Airport book shop.

Thanks everyone for sharing!

My main hobby, even before gaming is writing creative fiction - and of that world building. I even run a website for it. Though its not really kept up since I seem to have an inability to put stuff online.

I love creating worlds that others can use to play in, from DnD to roleplaying online - I just enjoying it. Creating a framework from geography to literature and cultural stereotypes and everything else is just amazing. I love the fact that in the end I have created a world that could perhaps be believed to have existed, that somewhere else it is a reality.

Its just something I enjoy. :)
Thank you for the game and the contest! :-)
