This is not a personal problem, but i thought i should report this issues.

I just tried to send something via the contact form on the page and it simply doesn't work.
When i press send there will be a swirly animation next to the send button, but nothing happens.
First time i left it for about 2 hour, when i came back from my game, i noticed that nothing changed.
There also is nothing on the "my account" page.
I now disabled adblock plus and reloaded the page, and still the same thing.
My browser also it pretty "standard" i use pale moon which is a firefox bastard.

I don't know if it's just me or if this may be a general problem, so i thought i report it. :)

Yes, the staff is aware of the contact form problem and they already said they will look into it tomorrow ;)

The 'My Mesages' tab that used to be in the 'My account' page was removed a while back to fix a few bugs, so it's still missing.

I looked at the stickies but didn't found a topic concerning that. O.o
Well, good to know they are working on it. :)

The problem with the contact forms just creeped up today, that's why it's not on the stickies.
Support contact forms are fixed and working properly now. Sorry for the inconvenience!
I cant submit the form for technical problems with a game I bought. It keeps asking for my system information file even though I have uploaded it. Im really regretting joining this site.

I havent had this issue myself before so I cant really help in regards to the ticket

Sometimes replying to a blue texts post attracts their attention.

GoG is run from Poland so you might not get a responce for a while adding into account its the weekend it may be monday. GoG is a pretty small team still. Im sorry you are feeling regret at joining the site, i doubt GoG would want that to be your experience.

Perhaps if you tell us what the issue you are having is (that means you need the support ticket, not that you cant send the ticket) someone from the community could help?
