We are seeing more and more of this here in Sweden as well, people who are totally unreasonable, refuses to see any good in any other party's views other than the one that they support (but the one that they support never does anything wrong) and is very vocal about it, and the parties fans the flames. It is a tad bit depressing.

Yeah. I'm a fairly liberal person and generally align politically with the Ds, but I identify as moderate/independent for this very reason. Because I don't want to be associated with all of the stupidity of the party system.
