Well, the weekend promo is over and I'm very pleased to see Silent Storm and Blitzkrieg Anthology at the top of the best sellers list, they are the games that really deserve it

1C is doing pretty cool as well with King's bounty, Cryostasis and Star wolves making it into the list

Isn't it amazing what a promo can do?

Perhaps we can start seeing more titles from 1C now? Star wolves sequels? Space rangers back in the catalogue?....Necrovision?
I always had a love/hate relationshipt with 1C. They publish very interesting but flawed games. (vivisector and el matador come to mind)

EDIT: i see they also have mortyr. Liked it when it came out as a wolfenstein ripoff, probably hasn't aged well since it wasn't really good to begin with. Never played the second and they don't have it in their catalogue.

There are few more Mortyr sequels, but they hardly have anything to do with original. They are more like weak call of duty 1 clones.

Original Mortryr is unfortunatelly unplayable on my rig. IT goes too fast, and I couldn't use any FPS limiter with that game.

SLP2000: King's Bounty?
I wonder what's happening with original King's Bounty too.

...
Really? I did not know that. If gog would release a mortyr bundle with every mortyr game for 10$ total, I would probably buy it just to check them out.

(EDITED for way too many spelling errors in one sentence ;) )

There are 4 mortyr games in total:

Mortyr 1944-2093
Mortyr 2: Mortyr For Ever
Mortyr 3: Akcje dywersyjne (known in the world as Battle Strike Force of Resistance , LOL :D)
Mortyr 4: Operacja Sztorm (I don't know how it's called outside Poland)

I believe they used Mortyr name in Poland, because the game was pretty famous in Poland (wasn't it a Polish game to begin with?), because Mortyr 3 and 4 have really nothing to do with the original. Btw. even Mortyr 2 kinda looks like a weak Medal of Honor clone :P

Thank you very much for the info!
I did my part and got Silent Storm, albeit by trade. I've played it many times through in the past and it really is an amazing, interesting game one can go back to every few years. I love how buildings take damage; there's nothing like firing a bazooka at a nazi-infested barn to make a hole, then finishing the enemies with fierce machine gun bursts. Good times.

Isn't there this one map with the house full of boobytraps? Simply chuck a grenade in there, make a coffee and shift through the remains when it's died down.
