GOG has lined up new games, new publishers, new site updates, and other new things for you as we roll into Spring. But we're not going to talk about them here in this news. Instead, we're inviting you to attend CD Projekt's CDP Days conference—online!

CDP Days Online Conference - 12:00 pm - 13:30 pm E.S.T. on 14th of April 2011

Watch the conference starting on the 14th of April at noon EST (16:00 Greenwich Mean Time) while CD Projekt RED talks about The Witcher 2 and showcases exclusive gameplay, and then at 1:00 p.m. EST (17:00 GMT) GOG takes the stage for a half hour to wow you with all the fantastic news that we have coming soon to an awesome downloadable games distributor near you.

You'll be able to watch the CDP Days conference LIVE on GOG.com, so be sure to check in with us next Thursday and find out which publisher will be responsible for the next wave of GOG titles!
Awesome, I always enjoy your conferences and presentations.Really curious about new games and publishers.

Skystrider: It's Electronic Arts, isn't it?
After EA there'll be no excuse for other publishers.

Does anyone know if Lands of Lore games are EA?

I'd say so, EA has Westwood studios
The day someone tracks down and secures the rights for WH40K: Chaos Gate I'll crack open and down two bottles of Bailey's on almost national television. Of course, by then, entertainment will likely consist of watching flying pigs. Sadface.

Ahh.. Quotation from memory: "I shall lead my valiant brothers to the very edge of Eye of Terror. And beneath our hands Zymron shall DIE!"

EA published most of classic Warhammer titles but even if it's EA that expected BIG publisher will be announced next week - I doubt those titles could be re-released without some kind of agreement with Games Workshop. But all those problems could be solved (see Atari - Hasbro case).

Anyways I would buy every single classic warhammer title starting from Space Crusade publsihed on gog :-)

cp96alumni: Do you mean 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm EST? Or 1200 - 1330 EST? Thats a long announcement.

GameRager: It seems they meant 12-1:30 PM EST
13:30 is 1:30 pm military time. They said exactly what they meant and you just misquoted it by typing am after the 13:30 (not that either am or pm is at all necessary when using military time.)
Maybe its Blizzard? ITs a division of Activision who presently is onboard here at GOG. Just a guess. I would imagine most would prefer it to be EA.

Looking forward to it. Cheers!
Hm, i think EA would get a bit more of the start-are-aligning-expect-the-unexcelled-figure-in-black-which-points-at-me fanfare.
Anyhow, i'll be watching.;)

Galimatias: If I were you.
I'd watch it ;)

Zeewolf: But if you weren't us, would you still watch it?
That is a question only we can answer.

Well, Gallimatias isn't you, and he is required to watch it. So....yes?

Nah Civ 5 man, theres no reason it 'shouldn't' be DRM free considering the civilization engine has been gathering money off the same backbone up until then and the amount of loyal fans who have purchased consequetive previous versions.
It's unfortunate but these gaming companies are simply going where I cannot follow... into the acrid fog of 'steam'.
