I don't have a US registered card, so no I cannot.
I am aware that there are "workarounds" for this, but I've tried in the past without success.
However, I would happily do a straight swap for a $9.99 GOG if anyone can get this....

I can get Enemy Unknown from GMG, but they don't have the discounts on the other items :(

Gamersgate also has discount on them. Actually I think almost all major online distributors currently has some sort of discount on them. Have you tried the others? (Gamersgate, Gamefly, Nuuvem, etc.)

I have a copy of the new Shadow Warrior on Steam, but I would rather have it on GOG. Since I know that a direct swap isn't the most tempting offer, I have copies of the original Serious Sam 1 & 2 on Steam that I would include to sweeten the pot. I also have coupons for the aforementioned SW, Toki Tori 2, and Foul Play as well as some of those goofy trading cards.

If necessary, I might consider throwing in a super cheap game on either GOG or steam if that will close the deal.
