Happy Anniversary!

I'm in.

Thank you for the giveaway! :)
Happy 2 year anniversary le_chevalier!

I agree that the community on GOG is indeed generous, and is pretty decent (when compared to other online communities) despite the occasional childishness/nastiness.

Not in. +1

le_chevalier: snip

Years of my gaming history had been filled with pirated games. Until many years ago, shops are selling pirated copies. I couldn't find one that sells originals. I didn't even know all the games are pirated. I found out about it when I wondered why do I need crack executables to play games and updating games made them unplayable sometimes because of renewed DRM.
Happy anniversary le_chevalier ! :-)

My first (and only) game I bought that was pirateware was GTA3 in Poland (about 13 years ago).

It came with 2 CDs and had a crack, manual and everything, but the weird thing is; I completely trusted the guy, and I have never found any trojans/malware in that crack.

If I win, donate it to post number 4.

Not in, but happy anniversary and +1.
Thanks for your generosity and congrats on your second anniversary here, le_chevalier!

(or we should use Chev from now on?) ;)

You've expressed in your OP many of the reasons that make of GOG such a good place to stay. :)

Please, count me in for Journey or Sherlock Holmes, in that order. :)
Happy anniversary.
In for Thespian, thanks.

Either way is fine. Choose what you like. :)

It's some kind of expression love for GOG, in reflection of my 2 yrs existence here. :)
Small bump for small celebration
Chevalier experience is very similar with mine (well we're fellow countrymen). I decided to go legit as well but video game pricing made me ended up looking for Steam and GOG discounts often. But I still consider GOG is far superior than other video game online stores out there.

Also I was a "veteran" of video game forum poster and experience the ups and downs of gamers. I left Gamefags in disgust. Lurking in NeoGaf with dread. Saw Kotaku deteriorated into a huge pile of mess and escaped. Then stuck with Polygon and GOG forums because tbh you guys are the best gaming forums out there.

Cheers for you Le Chevalier. I'm in for Journey to the Center of the Earth. Sherlock can wait... like season 3 waiting that is.
