i can register with it, but i cant use my email provider with it, so i cant confirm my regristration. and just switching it off doesnt help, i have to uninstall it or i just cant use my emails.

This is most likely why he is having this problem, I think. OR a persistent troll could of used his ISP. It sucks that innocent people have to pay for what spammers and trolls did in the past.
