It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Is anyone else having an issue with their 'Space' bar when trying to write a review here on GOG, lately? And by issue I mean it's not responding.

I can't either. I have to type the whole thing out in Notepad and then paste it into the boxes.
Odd. It works fine for me. I once had a similar issue on Stardock's forums though, very annoying. But here on GOG, I just opened a random game page (Syndicate in my case), clicked on "add a review", and could type spaces in both th review text and title.

I'm using Opera 11.64 on Windows 7 64-bit, and have all scripts enabled for this site. What are your specs? Perhaps we can find something that the users who experience this problem have in common, that might help solving the problem.
I must say that it's intermittent for me. I use a lot of PCs and different browsers. I don't know if it's browser related or not. I can actually use the space on Firefox.

I often use Chrome and IE 7 -- one of those doesn't behave pretty regularly for me.
I use Firefox 12 on Windows 7 x64. Flash is up-to-date.
same issue here
Geez, I just made my own thread. Didn't see this. Doh!
Guys, instead of just saying "same issue" or "me too", why don't you list some pertinent info, like OS and browser (maybe plugins/addons as well). If we can find some commonality in this problem, it would greatly help the GOG gurus in addressing it.
A quick solution would be to type your stuff in word or some such and then copy/paste it into the box. Can't think of a permanent solution though.

No.
same setup that's never given me problems before:

vista
firefox
no changes to add-on's/plugin's

but since we all most likely have different setups, i'm guessing the issue isn't with us.

You're right, the problem probably isn't on your end, but since it is obviously not affecting everyone, whatever change/glitch is causing it is most likely being revealed by a specific combination of browser, plugin and/or OS.

SapienChavez: No.
If you are unwilling to share info related to the problem, then don't expect anyone to be able to fix it.

Just to clarify (since it might be important): You're saying that you could enter spaces in GOG reviews before, and now, without changing anything in your configuration, you can't?

Possible. On the other hand, one could argue that the issue probably isn't with GOG, since the problem only occurs for some users. It all seems a bit odd, so my first reflex is to collect more data. :)

Three question to people who are also interested in hunting this bug down:
1. Does anyone know in which language GOG's website is scripted, and whether that language depends on user-side plugins?
2. Have there been any auto-updates recently that could have messed something up in some users' systems?
3. Does GOG use one server, or more? (I'm trying to find out if perhaps only only one server is affected, while others aren't, which could explain the effect that only some users seem to be affected - but I don't think the website runs on more than one server, does it?)

I used to rant about this, along with the people that say "I'm not having this issue" (if you're not having this problem then stay out of the thread, your posts just add useless clutter). Just downrate them. These sort of people seem to place arbitrary bulletin board ratings in high esteem.

On a related note, the GOG site as a whole won't hold my login cookie, or won't issue me one. I've tried clearing my cache, but I'm having to login every time I visit the past two days.
