when I click on an item to add, it prompts me to sign in, even though I'm already logged in, and then takes me to a 404 page doesn't exist.

Try clearing out your browsing history and see if that helps.

If that doesn't work, you could try logging out and back in again... and if THAT doesn't work, try a different browser!

Try <span class="bold">refreshing your account</span> and give it another shot. Or you could always try logging out and logging in again.

Any luck with the above suggestions? Sometimes I've seen people not able to take advantage of promos because of their computer's date/time not being correct. It's just a thought.

Only seems to happen with internet explorer. Try using chrome or firefox.
