Exhausted forum topics and can't fix my problem. Try to follow protocol to contact support. But no email form is generated, I am simply short-circuited back to community forum. Another user reports he can get there using Chrome as his browser. I have tried both Firefox and Internet Explorer. They both would let me generate an email form for a billing question, but not tech support.

Do not wish to install Chrome just to contact support. Is something broken, or is it supposed to work this way?

Try turning off any script or ad blocking plugins or extensions :)
