I'm looking for the name of a (kind of) educational 90s point-and-click game set in Ancient Egypt. It was released in the late 90s, possibly for Windows 95 or Windows 98. You used the mouse only to move forward / turn around, interact with objects, etc.

It told the story of the Egyptian god Set, who murdered his brother, the god Osiris, and cut him up into pieces and scattered them across Egypt and you had to explore tombs and pyramids and find them, piece together puzzles, etc.

I remember distinctly there was a pyramid building scene, and a Nile travelling scene - where your boat could eaten by a hippopotamus out of nowhere.

From memory, the game seemed to have quite advanced 3D graphics for its time. Similar to Myst in its art design, if I recall correctly. It wasn't cartoony or 2D.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can't help much, but maybe the list linked below can help? possibly one of the Ankh games?

Thanks for the help, guys, but it's in neither of those links. It's definitely not Ankh, the graphics there are too cartoony. As I said, the game I'm thinking of reminds me of Myst in its art design and 'seriousness'.

"The Egyptian Prophecy" seems close, but it's not exactly it.

"ISIS! ISIS! RA! RA! RA!"

Sorry, that does absolutely nothing to help the OP but it is one of the funniest bumper stickers I have ever seen. XD
There were some posts here recently about an intended remake of an older game about Ancient Egypt. Apparently, the original had been well-researched and the locations were carefully modeled. Hell if I can remember the title, sorry.

edit:
Searched my history and it was called "Riddle of the Sphinx", I think.

No I never watch that show but I did name my cat Ramesses so with me it's more of an ancient Egypt thing.
