Battlezone was definitely the first one that came to mind, but it didn't have any voice. I remember playing this one! Hadn't thought of it in years.

Also, not a fatality. Just a special move.

For that one the character was Scorpion. He alternately would say "Get over here!" or "Come Here" depending on the game, but his fatality was to pull of his mask and burn you. Kano was the one who ripped out the heart as a fatality. Sub Zero just froze you and for his fatality ripped off your head complete with spine still attached.

Not that I was drawn to such games as a teenager :P

Thank you very much everyone for your valuable answers. They all are interesting games, but unfortunately none of them is the one I am looking for.

Specter VR is the closest guess, very similar to my game.

Let me add some more details about the game:

It's a first person shooter game. You drive a spacecraft. Something like hovercraft.
You can't raise your vehicle up in the space. You keep close to the floor, as far as I remember.
All settings are black. Floor and space are black.
You can feel your movement by the lines on the floor, like coordinates on a map. Lines are white, if I remember correctly.
There are obsctacles on the floor, big ones, like a hill. You can hide behind them. They are shaped as geometric figures like prism or cubic. They are colorful.
Game has nice sounds, probably 16bit, I am not sure.

BTW, I've chosen an answer as solution by mistake. I am trying to undo it. Sorry for any confusion.

The only other game I can think of it could be is Assault Rigs but it has levels in several different styles not just the one you explained.
