I have already a GOG.com account but it seems you have changed something.

I can no more login with my email and password. Both did not change.
Yesterday or so it still worked.

It just says: user not found

but my other email is connected to a GOG.com account with almost 90% of the whole catalogue =(

up to 1 day, to resolve the issue . Depending on the count of tickets.

Took them about 10 hours to fix my user-not-found error.
And to be fair I were at work till the 9th when I send what they requested of me.

Not sure, It took almost 12 hours for me to receive a response last time.

I had the same problem.
Finally, it was my address e-mail which had been re-initialized: the very first one that I used at the time of my registration had replaced my current address.

I don't know why.

(Sorry if it is not very clear but I used an automatic translator)
