sinugie: i'm suprised nobody mention immortal cities children of the niles, it was made from the same designer of all mentioned game : )
I think it's less challenging and less complex than the rest so it might affect why people like others more. I haven't played Zeus or Pharaoh yet (I bought them during the sale) but I think COTN is an excellent game and I can't wait to have more time to play it. It's very relaxing.

personally i dont think is less complex compared to older series,infact is more albeit not quite added content enough. i mean 4 series and that's it? and watching epic building of cotn up close in 3d is so enjoyable
