I'm looking for a way to play Buried in Time on a modern PC. I found your new version of the game but I can find only the english game. Is there also a port of the german one?

How do you decide to publish a game only in english or also in the other languages?

It's a matter of who holds the rights to the translations. Often it's whoever published or made the localized versions, which isn't necessarily the main publisher or developer of the game itself. This means that GOG do not necessarily get the rights to any of the localizations when they sign a deal for a game with the rights holder, because the rights to the translations belong to someone else.
