It may make me sound old....aww heck who am I kidding I am old, but...
It would make me very happy to pay for bundles of older format games, A bundle of many spectrum games plus emulator would give me A bad case of drool syndrome.
I am sure there are some (misguided) commodore lovers here who would love to relive thier youth through A bundle of (by comparison to the spectrum) pretty games with color!!
And then there is the Amiga users, the Atari st users and even the old floppy disk behemoths who may want to see thier old friends again.
In fact why stop there? nes, master system maybe even the old atari console have back catalogues that some-one somewhere remembers fondly.
Anyone else feel the same way? or am I just making A case for my introduction to an "institution" somewhere?

disarmable: I am sure there are some (misguided) commodore lovers...

No such thing. 64 be de troof. ;)
Well most of the old consoles are covered by XBox Live Arcade, PS3 and Wii Virtual Console. I know for a fact they wouldn't be able to get licenses to any of Nintendo's old consoles since then they would compete directly with VC. Also you could expect Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft to fight the licensing for other consoles such as Sega and Turbo Grafix.
Besides... Console games are better played on consoles. Leave them for the console services. Especially since at least as far as VC is concerned, the prices are $5 to $10 a game. (Don't own a 360 or PS3 so can't comment on those services prices)

Xbox 360 prices are usually around 400 microsoft points, which equals out to about 5 bucks, for their retro titles. I've seen them go up to 800 microsoft points, and some of their XBLA titles go for as high as 1600 ms points, but usually they're around 1200 ms points, just like their old xbox games on the arcade are usually 1200ms points
