Brian Fargo—the developer of The Bard's Tale, Baldur's Gate, and the original Fallout—recently announced that he's looking to Kickstarter to fund a new Wasteland game

It looks like this will be good news for fans of the original Fallout games.

If it doesn't get funded, I'll lose my faith in humanity.

If it doesn't get twice the amount, I'll ridicule Fallout "fandom" till the end of my days.

I love this guys works. Hope he will get the credit he deserves. Although i feel that everyone will be fed up with kickstarter pretty soon.

I hope they raise the money. I'll probably donate some after I get paid.
The world needs more games like this.

Btw, you can pledge on Kickstarter first, even before you get paid. Your donation will only go through if ... uh, I mean when the game meets the funding deadline. :)
