I see four reasons why this issue persists and you can only change three of them, most unfortunately.
First and most important of all, people are lazy and do not want to read through a lot of text when they just want to have their topic addressed.
As for what could be changed to the better, the wish-list would likely attract a lot more attention if it was sorted properly (alphabetical/popularity/relevance/publisher), well maintained (no bogus entries, no double entries, just good old games) and contained some sort of feedback (e.g. the current status of negotiation).
Another important step would be, after the future of a wish-list is implemented in an acceptable manner, to highlight and link it in the GUI of the page in a fairly prominent way.
And, last but not least, it would have to show some form of impact on the process of acquiring new games through GoG (effort invested on trying to convince publishers and feedback on this).
Then, and only then, you'd see less of these postings.
