Sorry for a little thread jack. But I want to ask about Kindle or Nook. I want to get one of them but as an Indonesian I have two question:

1) Can it work in my country?

2) Since I refused to own Credit Card, I use VCC (Virtual Credit Card) issued by my local bank and deduced from my debit card for online shopping. The question is will Kindle or Nook accept VCC payment?

Sorry for the threadjack, but I really want to know.
