PC gaming news and download site www.bigdownload.com seems to be gone. When you go there now it just reverts to Joystiq, its parent site, and Joystiq no longer has Big Download on its list of affiliates.

The news from Big Download was pointless and covered much better elsewhere, but the download speeds and reliability were excellent. Shame to see it go.

Big Download has shut down. I always thought it was strange they didn't merge their news section in along with the Fanboy sites, but now it seems like they are gone altogether and we're right back to Joystiq's pitiful attempt at PC coverage. Fun times.

Oh, that's bullshit.

I didn't read Big Download but I DID use them whenever I needed to find a patch or a demo.

Edit: Oh this is bigger bullshit, the Joystiq downloads are BROKEN and won't let me search past 50 results!
