Tormentfan: Actually I think they're good also.. maybe not 'technically' great.. but JC's voice is very atmospheric and the rest add rather than subtract.

AlKim: I found them terrible. Appalling, even. Almost everyone does such a rubbish job at everything, especially faking an accent that I regularly muted sounds during dialogue. I think the few exceptions aren't enough to call the voice acting decent.
Well opinions do differ.. you seem to Jennifer Hale for some reason. Where as I consider her dull at best.

No mention of Nolan North?! I mean that guy has his own awards even.
Although he tends to bit over-used I suppose. Did a great job as Penguin in the Batman AC game.

SimonG: Startopia also had brilliant VO. I can't remember the name of the actor, but I think he sadly died shortly afterwards.
I thought I was the only one who ever played that game.

I've seen no mention of Logan Cunningham, yet. All the other names on this list are great voice actors as well, I think Logan might deserve a spot at the table, though.
