iippo: Best vampire experience...if not limited to games, then definitely Vampire the Masquerade Saga
'Fall of Atlanta', 'Eye of Gehenna', 'Bloody September' and 'End Games'.
So the novels are actually good? Thats great, cos I really love WoDs take on vampires.
Maybe I'll check them out then, too bad I'll have to read them on the PC though... [there is no MOBI / EPUB version, so no way I'd be able to read them on my Kindle, and the paperback editions are way too expensive, since they had long been out of print + the cost of shipping from the US...]
I've wanted to read something with this take for quite some time now, but couldnt find anything good.
No way I'm gonna touch Twilight.
I've read the 2nd Ann Rice novel (The Vampire Lestat), and though it had some interesting aspects, I didn't get round to trying the other novels. To me it was almost like a crossover between a novel and a philosophical treatise. After the Xth time of reading the protagonists reflections about various recurring matters, it really was too much for me.
Though I must say, if vampires were real, I'd say this novel propably portrays their psyche quite well.
