sometimes we watch a fan-film and we start to think that the fans do it better thank Hollywood.

But i had been very impressed, long ago(1), by the star wars 'reality' fanfilm called (i think) "troopers".

My mate Zang and Co. did a great hour long one for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. called Monoliths Whisper (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZMz8CJKqUQw) and he did another not long ago called the Chamber (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c8bgc17wwvI&feature=share&list=UUHf2OOO43pt36UNJnpBbUYQ).
Monoliths whisper was a little flawed - being the first time they'd attempted a film, but it had a good handle on the universe.
