kodeen: So I decided to play Daggerfall. Never played it before and it's free now, so why not? I downloaded the game and realized that it is not already wrapped in Dosbix like GOG games are, so I downloaded and installed that too.

At this point, I think I'm going to want to use a front end since I don't feel like configuring things with a Dos prompt. Any preferences? I think I'll primarily be playing on my W7 PC, but might occasionally play on my Debian netbook as well. The front end doesn't have to be cross platform, however. If you're favorite is Windows or Linux only, that's fine too.
