The quest to retrieve the lost treasure of Ubisoft is almost over (the voting still continues). With the release of the fifth game from Ubisoft's vaults the whole adventure resulted as a great success. And it's all thanks to you GOG Heroes. We make a bow in front of you.

After the hard work you did it's time to celebrate and share the glory. Spread the word about GOG and the latest treasure from Ubisoft in any way you choose to: click on the Digg or Twitter button you'll find below (and make sure to follow us on Twitter), share the link to GOG on Facebook, write the GOG url on the toilet roll in your office restroom, run around naked in the mall with the GOG logo covering you know what, or do something else you have on your mind - just remember not to harm anyone, including yourself :) Then share what you did with the GOG community in this thread (pictures would be appreciated, but not necessary) and out of all comments we'll randomly pick 5 users who will win the good ol' GOG box of goods.

And of course all GOG Heroes who participated in at least one of the quests during last few weeks are eligible to win the grand prize - a real sword, GOG branded shield and $150 USD worth of GOG games! The grand prize winner will be announced shortly.
I twitted it... or tweeted it. Whatever it is.

Hmm... Okay. I took this quest kind of seriously and did several things:

I encouraged my mom to make an account on gog.com. Did not work... but for the effort?

I also snuck gog.com to learning materials of new media and information studies.

Also I am thinking of writing gog.com to tomorows test - it is in our learning materials after all...

So. For glory of gog.com! We all fight! At least in our own way...

I facebook'd it

I promoted it on my campus radio

In my screenwriting class today I included a character playing Rayman Forever from GOG.COM

I emailed everyone on the campus newspaper maillist (The Collegian) about the game and to do a story on Gog (best friend is the senior editor, so it should go through but not for a week or two).

Set all the home pages in the communications lab and the film studies lab to gog.com (only computers on campus not requiring a log on to a network drive)

Annnnd I posted the gog printable logo on all of the bulletin boards in the Oliphant (biology and foreign languages) building.

Tonight is springfest, basically a local art fair on campus. I'll be attending with a gog.com logo on all my clothing (taping paper to myself) and will be dropping several gog.com logos to vendors and people.

Do I win?

Facebook'd it yesterday. Sorry, won't give link since I want to keep privacy.

And I informed the Ubisoft community about it:

I also posted it on /v/ yesterday, but they said they'd rather pirate it 8(

(I really hope I win this time, I never won)

Also, I've been waging a campaign of gog awareness with my brother, who was too young to know many of these gems, and my friends, who need a pusher.
Facebooked!!!
