I almost rage quit Dark Souls at one point, but got past it in the end. The Capra Demon was pretty much the one boss in the game I hated so fucking much. His attack patterns are easy to get around when you figure them out, but the main problem with this boss fight are the two dogs that are in the room as well. These two dogs can do a combo on you if you get caught in one, while that's going on the boss itself is coming towards you and can/will finish you off depending on your health. Also, the room is incredibly small as well (adding insult to injury, or throwing salt on an already open wound). The first few seconds pretty much determine whether or not you'll be successful in the boss fight, if you get caught by the dogs...chances are you're pretty much screwed. The final boss battle as well as the Ornstein and Smough boss battle were more legitimate challenges than this one.
Catherine is one game I rage quit. I was playing Normal Mode up till Chapter 6. I thought Easy Mode would be too easy, so I went with the middle ground as far as difficulty goes. Then all of a sudden with Chapter 6 the difficulty just spiked like crazy. I got stumped on the very first part of 6-3 and I couldn't figure out what to do, after dieing a lot I just stopped playing it. I might go back and try this game again (on Normal Mode of course), but that part just irritated me.
Can't really think of any other games I've raged quit at the moment.
