will battlezone ever get added to GOG, surely its a regularly requested game being such a classic and all :)
k so upon closer inspection of the current list of games im suprised to see so many classics missing like..

carmageddon
carmageddon2
battlezone
speedball2
mortal kombat
shadow warrior

GOG did a survey a while back that covered all those games. We could have had them. But the general consensus of opinion was that they didn't belong on GOG.

Yeah, I still remember the very heated debate. Some people really lost their head. Those were some of the first permabannes on the GOG forums, weren't they?

I wish Battlezone was on GOG. Battlezone 2 is fairly easy to get working on Windows 7, but the first game can be problematic.

They certainly deserve to be on here, being awesome games with unique gameplay and graphics which still look great more than a decade later.

And yet, we still have twits coming on here bellowing out how a game doesn't deserve to be on GOG.

As for Speedball 2, by the way, if you have a PS3, PSP or PS Vita, I strongly recommend Speedball 2 Evolution. The perfect way to remake a game. Hopefully that'll find it's way to the PC.
