As a fan of the Humongous Entertainment titles that currently lie in Nimbus Games' hands (as they have been porting them over to iOS), I have expressed interest in what they have been doing (especially hoping for PC re-releases of the SCUMM originals, and ... well, you know, getting the CLASSICS - DESPITE BEING TARGETED FOR KIDS - here on GOG).

Nimbus is also working on porting over Moonbase Commander to iOS and they are actually interested in getting feedback from MC fans on how to improve the game. In their own words (on their Facebook page), "we have plans for Moonbase Commander and we'd [love] to get feedback from GOG on what folks would like to see in the mobile version. [...] We love this game and know it will be brilliant on mobile, we just want to make sure we get it right . 'If it ain't broke don't fix it'. [We're] available for feedback at support@nimbusgames.com. We have some ideas but would love more of them to make this the best it can be."

(I recognize that not too many people may be interested here on the main forum, so I'll post a link to this on the Moonbase Commander game forum.)
I just wrote the team at Nimbus and I got this response...

Tim
Rebellion bought the IP from Atari. So it is in their hands now

Personally, I sent them a note asking for information... feel free to do the same:
