Well, It's not the "Asian theme" you propably want, and it's not PC exclusive, but for a badass awesome time, I recommend the videogame sequel to the classic 1992 action film "hardboiled", "John Woo Presents: Stranglehold."

A friend suggested I try it because i liked fallout, found a copy but i never got to play it cause it stops responding very early in. never found out why
