Definetly SWAT 3. Its price was reduced a little (obviously), but it never showed up in any bundle or flash sale. :(

Yes but they are mostly for things like Rise of the Triad remake and Outlast. Have them on Steam but would like to get DRM free at some point.

I didn't get Banished. It was 50% through the whole sale, but there was speculation that it might show up as a flash sale or even a giveaway (I thoroughly doubted the latter though), but it never did. So I ended up not grabbing it. But it's on my wishlist for next time.

I was waiting to see Stonekeep on the flash sales but it never got there, so that's like the only one I missed.

On the other side I managed to get Fragile Allegiance, which was one I really wanted too.

I'm kind of sad that I didn't got the Grid, waited for it today but it didn't appear again.

Didn't "miss" it, but did not buy Blackguards despite it being at the top of my wishlist, just because I considered it still too expensive for me. Will wait for the 75% discount. Hopefully by Christmas.

I got everything I wanted, plus quite a few I didn't know I wanted. :P
But I didn't get Sang-Froid and Papers, Please because I'm still not sure I would enjoy playing them.
The others I got are mostly RPG's and Strategy games.

Well, I failed to pull the trigger on a few, Jade empire (wasn't sure, I'd like it), Witcher 2 (I've tried to win this a few weeks in a row, call me an optimist), Banished (was waiting til the last day, then got too busy at work and missed it) and the Ultima pack (man i just couldn't win the argument with myself that I'd enjoy these like back in the day) I also looked at Deadly premonition but decided to wait on that one after trading for Zafehouse Diaries

I missed the Ultima Bundle by a few hours. I wasn't able to scrape up enough money for it before the sale ended.

I missed the Lucasarts adventures. They should have been in a daily bundle. What gives, GOG?

In fact not. Some of games was in with nice-to-have label, so it's OK that missed them/didn't bought them. I'm satisfied.

I don't think I missed it but I was disappointed Outlast: Whistleblower didn't go on sale. :(

I didn't miss any game, but I restricted myself to a fixed amount of budget, so I did not buy everything I wanted. I particularly regret to have left behind the Commandos/Desperados pack...

I missed Indigo Prophecy. I couldn't decide if I should get it or not because I still have a lot of games I haven't started playing. I wished I bought it because it had a low price.
