Congrats benderz!! '
A very well deserved 4th star, and I'm sure one day soon it will be 5 :)

NOT IN
Congrats on 4 5-pointers! Great accomplishment. I'd like to be in for Omikron: The Nomad Soul if I can.

I'm interested in the growing amount of games purposely low-res. This isn't just nostalgia. Could this be compared to when retro fashions come back in style? What I like is this force games to be creative in other areas rather than more eye candy. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy high-res games too, but I'm very interested in how this will evolve. Perhaps text adventures might make a comeback?
Congrats on your 4th star!

Not in but thanks for the generous GA!

Intended to write something, but didn't make sense. Anyway, happy sweet 4!
Are you sure that's a 4th star. Let me wipe that smudge off your screen...

But seriously, congratulations. So many giveaways, you are well deserving of the achievement. A pillar of the community. +1
I'm in for Deus Ex: Invisible War. Thanks. :)

I think things are getting worse and worse when it comes to gaming. I'm not saying all recent games are bad but a large percentage of them are mediocre compared to what we had in the good old days.

Congrats for the new star and thanks for the giveaway, I'm in for the GOG key.
Hey, thanks for the great giveaway! Congrats on your fourth star!
I'm in for Fahrenheit, thanks again!
With four shurikens, you are starting to become dangerous! Congrats for the well deserved 1000 rep! :)

Thanks for the giveaway, but I'm not in. Granted, I wouldn't mind giving Omikron a try, but considering that I'm not very interested in the other two games participating would be only greedy.
Anyway, I don't like even numbers, so... +1! ;)

Licurg: Also - you sure the GTA games are steamworks ? Because when i bought them on GG, they only had Securom .
They must change the DRM I guess, the game informations on the GamersGate page are :

Platforms:PC/Mac
Categories:Action, Adventure, Open World Action-Adventure
Publisher:Rockstar Games
DRM:Steamworks (Requires a third-party download and account)
...

Also, I seen some entries for one GOG game. Please note the code contain all the 3 games, if you win you'll get Omikron, Fahrenheit and Another World. If you already have one or more of them, you'll be able to share the code to someone else who will be able to redeem the spare game(s).

Congrats!

Count me in for GTA Trilogy and/or Deus Ex: Invisible War. Thank you!

I do enjoy the old classics more than the newer releases, but I am always looking forward to see what kind of new spin or ideas that they'd come up with.
Thanks a lot benderz for another wonderful giveaway and congratulations on surpassing 1000 it is certainly well deserved. I would like be in with a chance for Just Cause, +rep to you as always. :)

As for the evolution of video games I think it is really wonderful time now with so many diverse indie games spanning a vast genre which include games that evoke the old classics so there is no reason to be nostalgic about the past. Ofcourse we also have GOG for all the amazing older games which we can still play now. The only thing that has suffered though is innovation and risk in AAA games, as no one wants to really take a chance on a new IP and all we usually get are just new iterations in long running franchises.

Congrats on hitting 1000+, benderz, and thank you for this giveaway.

I'd like to be in for GTA Trilogy. EDIT: Got it myself in the meantime.

Concerning the discussion, I guess "balancing" would be my answer, but majority of games I'm interested in are older titles. Game making > Game industry

Not in, but congratulations on star #4!
Congrats on 1000 rep and 4 stars! That's quite a milestone.

I'm in for the GOG code! I've never played any of those games!

I was talking with amund about this in a different thread. I preferred the days of the expansion pack over the current dozens of DLC. Expansion packs were generally actually worth something - they contained new content. It was almost like a second game that was similar to the first.

Nowadays, some of the DLC seem so ... pointless. $2 to buy a skin or a costume. No thanks.
congrats to your 4th star,

in for cold war.

i play games that i like not looking to which era they belong, from terminator future shock to uprising 2 to arma 3.

and for me the biggest revolution in vid gaming ist the jump from 2d to 3d, including the change from sprites to 3d models.
