The same production team that did the Hobbit, also did The Last Unicorn, which is also worth watching and has a great soundtrack.

I may be an anomaly, but I've seen those movies (except The Last Unicorn), and other weird ones to boot. Remember that one version of Lord of the Rings where they used motion-cap? How about the twisted critique of society that was Cool World? And I'm a huge fan of Wizards.

As a side note, we went to a Moroccan restaurant right after seeing Watership Down, and I couldn't eat the rabbit they served. I was vegan for an entire week as a result. LOL

I have the Hobbit and from time to time I watch it. Loved it as a kid when it aired on TV and I still love it now.

Yeah, I remember it...though I have tried very hard to forget it.
Sorry, but it is a horrid adaptation of the Tolkien story.
