So, I've been pretty excited about Dragon Age Inquisition recently. I think it looks pretty great and I've heard almost nothing but good things about it... well, except for some things about bugs.
Every system seems to have quite a number of bugs, glitches and problems with it, but the PS3 and Xbox360 versions seem to have by far the most. Frequent crashes/freezes, abnormally long loading/saving times, unreadable text, terrible framerate, along with all of the other bugs that plague the newer systems. And that's not to mention the relatively poor graphics! (I really don't mind about graphics, as long as I can experience the story and gameplay properly)
But with that being said, I still want to play the game, and there are some patches coming up which will hopefully fix at least some of these issues. The thing is, if I want to play it, I basically have to play it on PS3. I don't own a PS4/XBone, and while I do have a PC that could run it, that's largely reserved for work/study, so it's currently out of the question (I have a small laptop for my regular PC gaming, which can play most games up to the very newest pretty well).
So, I come to you now, to ask if anyone has tried or played the PS3 version of DA:I?
Is it still worth playing, despite its flaws? Have you even experienced many of these problems? Or have things been blown out of proportion?
I've heard a lot of problems (like crashes/framerate drops) are due to the game constantly trying to upload to the Keep, so can be fixed simply by turning off those online features.
What do you guys think?
Thanks in advance!
