OK, here's the deal.

Back in the start of 2010 I set up an account on the Bioware Social Network, in order to redeem my DAO and ME2 DLC codes, however I haven't had a decent PC for years now, so after redeeming the codes and tying them with my account, I started logging in sporadically, in oder to see if all's well with the account.

A few weeks ago (24th of June) I got the mass sent email from Aaryn Flynn of Bioware, informing everyone having a Bioware account that there was the breach of the NWN forums, so everyone should set up a new password for their accounts. So, I changed it (I don't remember if I changed it or if I also set up an EA account), and I was thinking that EA was just trying to upgrade every single Bioware account to new EA ones, in order to better prepare for Origin - the email also said that my account will be upgraded to an Origin account in the next few months.

However just today I tried to log in my Bioware Social Network account (here: http://social.bioware.com/home.php?) and even though I input both my email and my password correctly (I've tried with my "old" password, before 24th of June, and the new password, and even a new one I set just 10 minutes ago for this account), I just can't. I wouldn't write here, yet all support links on the bottom of the page forward me to EA customer support.

Anyone else having the same problem? Or better yet, how the hell can I log in my Bioware account again?

I don't suppose I should set up a NEW Bioware account, should I?

The old NWN Bioware account is not the same as the current Bioware social network. The BSN uses the same log in you use for EA Origin so if you can't log in on that then contacting EA support will fix Origin, BSN and any other games that use an EA Login like C&C4, Need for Speed or Burnout.
I never had a NWN Bioware account.

About 1.5 years ago, I created a BSN account to set in my games, and redeem my DLCs. Now I can not log into that account.

Meanwhile I also created a EA account because they sent me an email telling me to, after the breach. However, when I try to email them, HERE (http://customersupport.ea.com/loginapp/login.do) I can not log in with me EA account details.even though all this time I am logged in my EA account just fine, and I also posted on their forums a while ago(http://forum.ea.com/eaforum/posts/list/7394735.page)
Don't bother with e-mail use the live chat Support.ea.com/chat
OK, just solved it thanks to the EA support.
