I've got about 2 bucks with them that won't transfer over to Greenman.
Spend button takes me to Greenman but the credit doesn't appear on GM; even in checkout.

I had to open a ticket at playfire support and have them reset my account to get the playfire credits transfer correctly. Unfortunately it took about 3 weeks...

playfire sometimes kinda slow, it take me 2 days before i got my credit on gmg store. we dont event talk about how slow they track their achie reward which sometimes fail

I've not used it yet but I read it goes faster if you have the client running while doing it. If not it only gets checked every now and then by the site.

Have to say the concept was pretty smart. They're basically having people playtest their achievement system for them :)

i def using the client while playing even then there still some delay and even not att all recorded. sure i could email them , but for less than 1 buck ... and tbh it was gmg attempt to boost their sales. you notice most of the reward offered when the certain game is up for sales

I've never been able to get it working and their support/community management sucks. You've gotten farther than I can with it. :P

they told me you need to regularly log in to your gmg account aswell as the playfire account to get them transferred over correctly, bu atleast u dont have the issue im having, almost nothing i do or achieve gets tracked and therefor im having a ticket up since about 2 months with only 2 replies since then and a list of achievements i didnt get creditted that reaches back about 4 months

edit: raptr on the other hand tracks every little thing but doesnt credit achievements only playtime for their own promotions and stuff

Playfire support definately slow. I've been waiting 5 weeks. Sigh still no help from an actual human yet.
