ok so i wana get my laptop ready for diablo 3 in the comming months but my laptop runs a bit sluggish and crashes from time to time and comes up with a blue screen, i am in need of a computer repair shop plus an upgrade can anyone reccomend a shop for me? cheers in advance.

my specs for my laptop are
intel core i7
4gb ram
ati mobiltiy radeon hd 5730 graphics 1gb
windows 7
200gb of space
1.6GHz which has a turbo boost when needed

Have you thought about backing up necessary files and doing a fresh install? Saves the cost of visiting a shop to "fix" your laptop

Yeah, I think your only problem is that your Windows installation is borked. Just get a cheap external drive, backup your essential files, and do a reinstall.

This. I was having slowdown problems and I couldn't track down the source. Started bugging the hell out of me since it was affecting gameplay. So I backed up everything important then did a format and reinstall. Problem solved and it freed up about 14GB of harddrive space that was cluttered with god knows what.
Yeah, as mentioned, do a fresh install, I've had a laptop with a similar problem (With a better processor though.)

At first i thought it was because i tried to run the Witcher 2 with ubertesselation. That's like suiciding your Laptop
