Well this just gets better. I decide to call Sony again about this, since I don't believe what the tech last night told me in the least. After waiting on hold for more than 20 minutes (my cell phone bill is going to suck this month), they tell me I need to call back on Monday and talk to a "specialist" to get this resolved. WTF, almost a week just to get a simple instant message sent to my account!? And what's up with not having any of these so-called "specialists" working on a weekend in the middle PSN's worst crisis ever? They also still have not responded to either of the e-mails I have sent them, though the second one is still within their "24-48 hours" response time window, so I can forgive than one for now.

12 year olds? I think you are giving him greater credit than he deserves while simultaneously insulting 12 year olds everywhere. I've already given him more than he deserved by even responding to him, so like the common schoolyard bully, I suggest he just be ignored from now on.
