Caribbean and DC actually had effort and thought put into them, so I'd say they are worth checking out.

The thing I remember most about Duke Nukem 2 (only played the shareware) was how to tell if the red boxes had bombs or not.

If Duke walked in front of the box, it was safe. If he walked behind it, it had a bomb.

But I never played Nuclear Winter so it would be fun to have it included. But yeah Caribbean and DC are actually pretty good (both are better then episode 2).
