I got a great one where I live! It's called "Find The Fucking House". 160 inches. :D

Seriously no entire games but I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the Hoth level from Jedi Academy, the arctic level from Commandos 2, and the entire Antarctica Scene from TR 3 which is one of the 1st games I remember ever having a "freeze meter" on it. Commandos 2 had one but it went away as soon as you found the coats.

I agree with the person who pointed out that Syberia I & II have lots of snow

polar bear/penguin flash games just about always have snow
Like this old favorite http://www.addictinggames.com/sports-games/penguinswing.jsp]

Maybe this list will help

sounds tons of fun :D
Plus :

Max Payne 1 and/or 2 (I don't remember) are/are pretty cool snow-atmosphere games too, even if it's just cosmetic.

And Vampire: Redemption has its snowy moments too.

Fever_Discordia: Skyrim!
You know, I play that game, and I didn't even think of it. Probably because it doesn't seem snowy to me. Maybe if I played that mod Hypothermia or Wet and Cold, but I hate survival realism mods.

Oh, yeah!

Dischord: The whole end of Witcher EE.
Haven't gotten that far yet.

pimpmonkey2382: Indigo Prophecy.
True. I'd forgotten. It's been a while with that one.

And Lost Planet is the one on the tip of my brain earlier. But I do not own it, so it's out.

An awful lot more snow games than I remembered being out there, for sure. Thanks, everybody!

The snowy environment, OST and the first 3/4th's of the plot of indigo are amazing.

Lost Planet is a pretty good game that takes place in a snowy landscape.
My advice would be to step outside and have a snowball fight with your neigbours & friends, definitely better than any game but if it must be a game my pick would be Daggerfall.
I find Daggerfall even more effective than Skyrim at evoking that wintery feel of cold and adventure.
Many players will fondly remember the moment they stepped out of the first dungeon into a wooded area and it's snowing outside. I trudged through the snow for minutes until i saw faint lights peeking through the trees in the distance and discovered a small village. When I entered the local inn, I almost felt that warm fuzzy feeling you get when stepping into a heated room from the cold outdoors. My hometown is in the mountains where you can see snow all year round on the mountain tops so I'm no stranger to snow. What makes Daggerfall so memorable is that you can wander through snowy areas for hours, yes it's mostly random generic scenery but thanks to the amazing soundtrack and the fact that you have complete freedom of movement, it's stil a great experience. Snow even piles up in the winter and can start covering doors, so it's not just a change of texture but has volume, and it makes a nice crunchy sound when you walk on it.

There's actually a level in the original NOLF where Kate Archer is in the mountains and she's just been dunked in water and you have to finish it before she dies of hypothermia!
If only NOLF was easier to get hold of these days...

Ah, that was my favorite part in NOLF. Still my all time favorite FPS.

The snow mobile segment reminded me of the downhill skiing trail in my hometown, here's a gameplay vid of that part:
