enterprise2004: The new Mechwarrior game, well, we'll just have to wait and see. I tried the demo for the Transformers 2 game, and it wasn't that great in my opinion. But the Mechwarrior game won't have a movie pushing it forward at a break neck speed to be finished, so maybe we'll get a quality game.
The problem is, as i see it, is if they release, say a good, solid Battletech themed online shooter, and name it "Mechwarrior", it might upset a lot of MW fans who expected a very different game. Remember what happened to Fallout Tactics?

Yeah, you do have a good point, but right now we just have to wait and see. I've only been able to find a few screenshots so far. It doesn't look like much has has been revealed about the game yet.
I played Mechforce a long time ago. On an ancient computer called Commodore Amiga.

It is a computer game adoptation of the real FASA Battletech rules and no farkin shooter Battletech thingie.

Unfortunately I didn't find a good PC version yet.....even though tried a couple...
Love the system. Sadly, left my kit with paper stand-up minis for about 200 different mechs from the 3025 and 3050 era in the States. ;__;
