I just had another space show up in my shelf.. It looks like Dark Star one has fallen off my shelf. If I search for the game in the catalogue it says owned. If I click on it, its asking me to re purchased... this is happening more and more now..

i just noticed i got a hole in my shelf too ...i have no idea which game it is
and i struggle to care to be honest

Diff tools would probably be the easiest help in these cases. For this to work though you'd have to copy the entire list of your games before some mysteriously disappeared, then just compare against the two lists and see what comes up missing. Notepad++ has a plugin that does this as well.
