There will be three nominees in each category, so everyone should be able to vote for one of them. Seems relatively fair and simple to me.

So no point system or something? Just 1 vote in each category? I was thinking about system I mentioned elsewhere. 3 points for vote no. 1, 2 points for vote no. 2 and 1 point for vote no. 3. I see this as better working method. There is a problem, though, as it would either need 4 candidates or leaving 1 place empty to avoid voting yourself.

I see that as too much hassle, really; that's what the nominations were for, to choose the best 3. The final round should pick only one winner per category and this system feels straightforward enough to me. Knowing your decisiveness, I understand your objections, though :)

It's not set in stone, anyway. The GOGfather has been known to change his ways.

No I wasn't. I asked if I could nominate myself for Towniest Mafia. That could have nothing to do with game #8. SPF was the first person to reference something from that game.

Unless anyone strongly objects, nominations will close at 14:00 UTC, 15th of December - a little over 48 hours from now.

Voting will then start, and be open for, shall we say 12 days - until the 27th? That should leave us with enough time for the prize donors to take advantage of the Christmas sale.

I would so win if "Worst Town Performance - Player" was a category.

That's really strange. Are you sure you are looking at right game? In first post there is list of players but I don't see Sirprimalform there. Why did he post in that thread, then?
