Ahhh the Amstrad CPC 464, a great machine that did surprisingly well against the C64 and the ZX Spectrum. And today it's a day of celebration! Well at least if you had an Amstrad, as the old girl is 30 years today.

Happy jubilee, Amstrad! :)

(I never had one of those, though one of my friends did. I never realized what a wealth of games existed for that platform until much later, when I found emulation sites. ;) )

Many of the C64 and ZX Spectrum games appeared on the Amstrad, although the C64 was the better home system it was just lackluster ports that didn't help the Amstrad.

Still though the Amstrad did have a few trump game conversions ;)
