It charges you in perfect $ to £ ratio i've bought quite a few games and no problems for me.

$2.99 = £1.87
$5.99 = £3.75
$9.99 = £6.26

Unfortunatelly it depends on a bank.

In my bank, for example. only exchange from PLN to EUR is free. Small charge is taken when changing to dollars.

Also, some banks may have their own currency exchange system. Other than national bank. Sometimes higher, sometimes lower, it depends.

That's pretty unfair that a bank would charge you just for converting currency, do they charge you per purchase or could you buy a load of games at once and only get hit with one charge?

There is one charge for transaction. It doesn't matter if I buy 1 or 3 games at once.

Polish banks are much more greedy than in UK i think. For example, I still have to pay for making money transfer from one bank to another. Small fee, but still...

They're looking for money anywhere possible. I'm one of few lucky ones, since my WBK account isn't additionally charged for most transactions and neither for EUR>USD conversion.

It was already done, sold to Santander.
If it will cause any problems / disadvantages, I can always change banks. I'm a student, it's not like I'm swimming in cash and such change shouldn't be problematic.

You could just copy the price and translate the price in google.

The script doesn't work correctly under Opera anyway, and I'll need some time to figure out how to make it function (I pretty much abandoned it since there was no feedback coming in, and I don't actually use it myself).

But for the future, to install user scripts under Opera:
1. Create a folder, anywhere, that you'd like to store the scripts in.
2. In Opera, go to Preferences->Advanced->Content->Javascript Options...
3. Choose the folder you just created, with the appropriate setting.
4. Save/move/copy, the scripts to said folder.

1-3, of course, only needs to be done the first time.

In the meantime, Pinky69 has a quite good solution. Google is a very good currency converter, copy-and-paste "5.99 USD in EUR" or "9.99 USD in EUR" (without the quotation marks) to get the conversion.

Only works with JavaScript enabled for some months now, in case someone uses for example Firefox with NoScript.
