Is there a way to sync prior Amazon Album's with the thing? I bought Blind Guardian's last album in MP3 form when it came out on Amazon, but it's not showing up "in the cloud".
I don't know, but if nobody answers here, contact amazon, for me they always answered within one or two days.

orcishgamer: Not if the clips are fair use. This is why movie reviews can include clips of the actual movie, even without copyright holder consent.

Note, in legal cases fair use is an affirmative defense, which means that both sides agree that you distributed copyrighted material sans permission, you assert that you're doing so falls under the Fair Use clause and must prove it.

Foxhack: Exactly.

I don't want to make money off of these, I just want to be able to use small song clips for demonstration purposes. Nothing more.
Which kind of comes back to my original suggestion, why can't you use soundcloud?

I think the point of my last post was somewhat misunderstood.

"Given that you don't own the copyright, wouldn't it be illegal for you to host them anywhere?"

I was trying to point out that soundcloud is no different from anywhere else, not saying that you shouldn't be hosting them. If you can claim fair use then what are you worrying about? People post full length commercial tracks that don't belong to them on soundcloud so they're certainly not going to go after you.
