I've just switched from watching mainly YouTube gaming videos to watching a ton of Daily Motion videos (I despise Google and everything they stand for) and am also planning on switching many of the YouTube videos I use on my sites to Daily Motion videos instead.

Today, DM was fine for most of the day but, about 2 hours ago, stopped loading videos. Nothing but the page loading followed by a black screen where the video should be. Huh?

So, I located a "Bug Report" page and sent a message to Daily Motion saying videos were a No Go -- not 10 MINUTES later, I got a message from support telling me how to fix it. Considering they are a massive website with millions of visitors every day, customer service doesn't get much better than that.

Compare that with YouTube that never admits there's a problem, never tells anyone how to fix it, and doesn't seem to give a flying damn about their customers. I am LOVING Daily Motion -- and they're also a European company, which is even better :)

Anyone else have good online customer service anywhere that's worth telling us about?

Oh and GOG - SIGN UP FOR DAILY MOTION -- they have over 3 million visitors a day and are huge in Europe. Could definitely get you some more customers :)
