Is it possible and/or planned in near future to provide at least english subtitle (earing impaired or not) to each and every movie even those which are not submitted with english subtitles because they already are in native english langage ?

Many foreigners (french to start with, as gog was recently translated and advertised regarding this langage) may not always be able to fluently watch (listen) and understand spoken english at all; of course providing subtitle for every other common langage is not obviously possible, but at least an english/earing impaired english subtitle would be more than enough for many non english natives to manage to grasp the whole stuff within a movie and so enjoy it...
