Profanity: Maybe they do, but only half way. They know about the Wake being 1$, but don't know about Esther.
OK, now picture this: guy A knows about deal X but doesn't about deal Y, guy B knows about Y but not X. They both meet, trade codes and feel smug about the deal, only later finding out that they've traded $1's worth of goods for $1's worth of something else ;P.
