Yes, apparently they ran out of keys. They have every intention of making it available again, they just need to put more keys in.

You really need to find a different bank. Even if you like their other features, you should get a credit card from someplace else. Some banks will give you a credit card even if you don't have a checking account with them, so you can just use them for the credit card and nothing else (plus maybe a savings account with some pocket change in it).

I think he operates an ignore any questions/mentions, etc., regarding availability outside of the US, as if he acknowledged it, he could be held accountable if/when Amazon decided to crack down on it. But right now, they know people are basically committing credit card fraud to buy the games, but they won't acknowledge it and as far as I know, have taken no action to stop it.

And yes, I've purchased a fer of their digital titles the same way.
